Dining room for up to 15 people. There is enough china, cutlery and glassware for 15 people.
The large sitting room  and large windows overlooking the garden, is comfortably furnished with TV (with main English channels), dvd, cd player and home cinema. We welcome children, and provide a selection of children’s’ equipment and toys.

The bathroom  and laundry  (9 m²) has a bath with shower overhead, toilet, basin, mirror, hair dryer, washing machine and tumble dryet,vacuum cleaner,  clothes line  and ironing facilities.

Each cottage has his own garden with individual barbecue (with all the necessary equipment apart from charcoal) and garden furniture (table and chairs,parasols).

There is a lockable gate across drive, completely enclosing rear garden from road for added security for children.

The rest of the parc of 6000 m2 is commun for the two cottages.  Here, you find an playing area for children aswell as a table tennisequipment and darts.

The parking place is large enough to park  6 cars.

Rates include bedlinen and towels for up to 10 occupants,
Charges are inclusive of water, gas, electricity,central heating,wireless internet and taxes.
Travel cots and some baby equipment are available on request. Please make your requirements known at the time of booking.

ARE NOT INCLUDED :
If the property has not been cleaned, you will be asked
for a 60€ cleaning fee.

Babysitting available on request.
Please note both houses are NON-smoking unless outside.

EXTRA CONDITION :

We ask a security deposit of 250 € payable on the day
of your arrival and will be reimbursed on the day of your departure.

We are also asking for a deposit of 25% of the total for the booking. The balance is due on the day of your arrival.
